Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to gamble where you live. Each person may hold one account. Players from some countries, including the United States, Spain and France, can't register.
New-player offer
The offer runs across your first three deposits, each of £20 or more. The first earns 100% up to £500 and 150 free spins, the second 55% up to £500 and 100 free spins, and the third 100% up to £500. In total that's up to £1,500 and 250 free spins. Bonus funds carry 35x wagering on the bonus amount, and free-spin winnings are added as bonus funds under the same requirement. Taking the offer is optional.
Ongoing promotions
Code 50HIGH gives a 50% match up to £500. Code RELDAY gives a 25% match up to £100 on Sundays. Weekly cashback of up to 25% is based on net losses, and rakeback of up to 18% on the house edge of real-money bets. Each promotion shows its own conditions when you claim it.
How games count
Slots count 100% towards wagering. Live casino and table games count at a reduced rate or not at all, and some titles can't be played with bonus funds.

Withdrawals
Crypto withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours of approval, card withdrawals within 2-3 business days and bank transfers within 72 hours. Any active bonus must be wagered in full, or forfeited, before you withdraw.
Licence and complaints
We're operated by Pointissimo B.V. under a Curaçao licence, which is not a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission. Complaints we can't resolve go to the Curaçao licensing authority; UK statutory dispute resolution doesn't apply.
